Grumpy Bird
Thanks to the recommendation of the sweetest mommy/librarian I know - I bought a new book for Lily called "Grumpy Bird". It became a FAST favorite. We've had it less than 2 weeks, and she already has it practically memorized. Here is her rendition. I know you won't understand a lot of what she is saying, so I suggest you run out and buy it. It's great! How cute is she - sitting on the rocker just reading away!?

Wow she is one smart cookie. I can totally understand her. What a wonderful reader. Morgan talks a lot like Lily. So I could understand most of it. I think I have find a new book to buy. Hope you're having a great weekend.

This is adorable too! I am glad Lily likes to read because I am sending her a book. It is back ordered but it is coming:) I have said t before but I;ll say it again..she has hte cutest lil voice.

Aww!!! While I know she is not 'reading' the book, I just wanted to let you know that she already has well developed literacy skills (I'm going to be a reading specialist, so I can see these things). You should be a proud mommmy :) Have a great week!
i love hearing that voice and i understood every word also ... may have to check the book out at the library ... not buying any books right now because Maggie thinks you are suppose to tear all the pages out of books ... ONLY AT MY HOUSE ... i love ya sister ...
