Finally, a little fun in the snow!

As you all know by now, I am not a fan of Old Man Winter. Much better friends with Young Lady Summer. Anyway, today I decided (at the pleading of my daughter) to come out of hibernation for some fun in the snow. It was way too cold for my liking, and I only lasted about 15 minutes before I ran inside to thaw out, but it was great to see Lily so in awe of that white stuff.
Daddy managed to play out there for a while longer with her. They had a tiny snowball fight and built the world's smallest snowman...
then it was inside for hot chocolate and marshmallows. (Jay drank the hot chocolate while Lily devoured the "marshmennows").

Love the pictures of your snow bunny. It snowed again here, but not enough to do anything. And how does not like a day with hot cocoa and marshmellows!

OMGosh she looks adorable.

Now do I have a deal for you: You come down and move into my house for the winter and I will switch and move into yours. You don't like the cold and I don't like the heat. Our birthdays are 6 days apart and our hubbies share the same birthday and we both have little ones from China called Lily. People won't even notice our swift switcheroo. Everyones happy. BADA BING

Looks so fun! I am the opposite (as you probably know by now)--LOVE the winter, hibernate in air conditioning in the summer. So I would love to come and take Lily outside in the snow:)

Sounds fun! Lily looks so cute in her pink matching snow outfit. Since it wasn't too great of packing snow here, our snowman was pretty tiny too! :)

What fun and you made it a whole 15 minutes. I haven't even gotten Mya dressed to go out!! Love that snowsuit and hat!! Good daddy over there. Keith took Mya out on the sled today--pulled her behind the lawn tractor. SHe's in heaven when daddy does that.

So much fun!! How cute is your precious Lily? I love me some summer wether and have a hard time with the winter as well, but with some marshmennows, it can only be a yummy experience.
Thanks so much for your very sweet comment on my blog the other day. It helps to know that we are not alone.

Nikki, we have been under a freeze watch for the last 2 nights!!!
BUT, the temps only hit the 40's because we got lots of cloud cover. It is supposed to get into the 80's again by the weekend.
Boo Hoo. I need to take another trip home and see some snow. Lily is bugging me to go as well.
